Zikporx VPN Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zikporx VPN application and related software provided by TechTunerLife LLC (“TechTunerLife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zikporx VPN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Zikporx VPN for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License

Zikporx VPN is proprietary software owned by TechTunerLife LLC and is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and any separate written license agreement, TechTunerLife grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Zikporx VPN for its intended purpose.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent security or licensing controls, or create derivative works from Zikporx VPN without prior written permission from TechTunerLife.

3. Self-hosted server responsibilities

Zikporx VPN connects to infrastructure you select and control. You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful access to the server and network.
  • Maintaining the server, operating system, router, firewall, port forwarding, DNS, hosting account, and internet connection.
  • Protecting administrator credentials, device credentials, enrollment keys, backups, and recovery methods.
  • Keeping software and systems updated and securely configured.
  • Paying all third-party hosting, network, and data charges.
  • Ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, contracts, and provider policies.

TechTunerLife does not operate or control your self-hosted server and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, logs, or conduct of third-party providers.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Zikporx VPN only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not use it to gain unauthorized access, interfere with networks or services, distribute malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, evade lawful restrictions, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Security

VPN and security software can reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate all risks. You are responsible for evaluating whether Zikporx VPN and your server configuration are appropriate for your needs. Do not share credentials or enrollment material with unauthorized persons.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or compliance. Zikporx VPN may depend on Apple platforms, network conditions, server software, and third-party services outside TechTunerLife’s control.

Evaluation, beta, or prerelease versions may be incomplete, unstable, or unsuitable for production use.

7. Support

Support is provided according to the support terms or license plan applicable to you. We may request non-sensitive diagnostic information to investigate an issue. Never send passwords, private keys, or pre-shared keys to support.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIKPORX VPN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TECHTUNERLIFE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ZIKPORX VPN WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY NETWORK OR USE CASE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHTUNERLIFE LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL; SERVICE INTERRUPTION; SECURITY INCIDENTS; OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR SERVER, NETWORK, CREDENTIALS, CONFIGURATION, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TechTunerLife harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of Zikporx VPN, your violation of these Terms, or infrastructure and content under your control.

11. Termination

You may stop using Zikporx VPN at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the software, or create a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Apple App Store terms

If you obtain Zikporx VPN through the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and TechTunerLife, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Zikporx VPN or its support. Your use must also comply with Apple’s applicable terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the App Store-related provisions.

13. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TechTunerLife LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any rights you have under mandatory local law remain unaffected.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Zikporx VPN, security requirements, business practices, or applicable law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
