Zikporx VPN Privacy Policy

Zikporx VPN is provided by TechTunerLife LLC (“TechTunerLife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Zikporx VPN mobile application and related software.

1. Self-hosted design

Zikporx VPN is designed as a self-hosted VPN. You select and control the server used for your connection. TechTunerLife does not operate a VPN traffic backend for customer connections.

2. Information handled by Zikporx VPN

To configure and operate a connection, the app may process:

  • The server address and ports you enter.
  • A device name or label.
  • Cryptographic enrollment material and VPN configuration data.
  • Connection status and technical information needed to operate the tunnel.

This information is stored locally on your device, including through iOS Keychain or the iOS VPN configuration system where appropriate.

During automatic server setup, the SSH username and password you provide are used to connect directly to your server. The password is held in memory for the setup session, is not intentionally saved by Zikporx VPN, and is not sent to TechTunerLife.

3. VPN traffic

VPN traffic travels between your device and the server you select. TechTunerLife does not receive, inspect, or store the contents of that traffic. Your server, hosting provider, internet provider, network equipment, or other services you use may process information under their own policies and configurations.

Your self-hosted server may create system or application logs. You control that server and are responsible for its configuration, access, security, and retention settings.

4. Information TechTunerLife collects

Zikporx VPN currently does not use a TechTunerLife analytics backend, advertising tracker, or hosted VPN traffic service. We do not sell or rent personal information.

If you voluntarily contact support, we may receive the information you provide, such as your email address, diagnostic details, screenshots, and correspondence. We use that information to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and improve Zikporx VPN.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information you voluntarily provide when reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide support you request.
  • Comply with applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • Protect the rights, safety, and security of users, TechTunerLife, or others.
  • Complete a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Apple and the App Store may process information independently under their own policies.

6. Retention

Locally stored Zikporx VPN configuration remains on your device until you remove the VPN profile, delete the configuration, or uninstall the app, subject to iOS behavior. Information on your self-hosted server remains under your control. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and business purposes.

7. Security

Zikporx VPN uses established security technologies and is designed to keep credentials and cryptographic material on the user’s device or self-hosted server. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your device, server, credentials, recovery methods, router, and hosting account.

8. Children

Zikporx VPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Zikporx VPN changes or legal requirements evolve. We will update the effective date when changes are published.
