We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use Invoice Zikporx for your personal or business invoicing purposes. You may not:
All data you create in Invoice Zikporx (invoices, customers, products, company details) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter and the invoices you generate using this app.
Invoice Zikporx offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Invoice Zikporx Pro) for $1.99 per month, processed by Apple through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
Invoice Zikporx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invoice Zikporx and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Invoice Zikporx is a tool to help you create invoices. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable laws and tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
