This Privacy Policy describes how Invoice Zikporx handles your information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Invoice Zikporx is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data you enter is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to any server.

2. Data Stored Locally

• Company name, logo, address, and contact details
• Customer names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses
• Product and service names, descriptions, and prices
• Invoice details, line items, and payment records

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g., sharing a PDF invoice).

3. In-App Subscriptions

Invoice Zikporx offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Invoice Zikporx Pro) for $1.99 per month. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing data — all payment processing is handled by Apple.

• Subscription renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or through the App Store.
• Restore purchases: If you have previously subscribed, you can restore your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Invoice Zikporx uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app subscription payments. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We recommend keeping your OS up to date.

6. Backup and Export

The app includes an optional backup export feature. Data is only shared when you explicitly initiate the export. We are not responsible for how you store or share backup files.

7. Children's Privacy

Invoice Zikporx is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
