Privacy Policy

      Summary: Zikporx Agent is a self-hosted infrastructure management tool. Your infrastructure credentials and operational data stay on your own Hub server and iOS device. We do not collect, sell, or have access to your data.
    

1. What We Are

Zikporx Agent is a proprietary iOS application that communicates with a self-hosted Hub server (the "Hub") you operate on your own infrastructure.

There is no central Zikporx cloud service that processes your infrastructure data. You run the Hub; you own the data.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The iOS app stores the following locally, in the iOS Keychain:

Hub server URL and TLS certificate fingerprint
Session bearer token obtained after pairing
No infrastructure credentials are stored on the device

This data is protected by iOS Keychain encryption and, where enabled, biometric authentication. It is never transmitted to any third party.

3. Data on Your Hub Server

The Hub server you self-host stores:

Operational metrics and resource state for your infrastructure
An append-only audit log of all actions taken
A knowledge store used by the expert/AI system (local only)
Proxmox and other integration credentials you configure

All of this data resides exclusively on the server you control. We have no access to it.

4. Optional Cloud Relay

If you enable push notifications, an optional Zikporx cloud relay maps an opaque installation identifier to your Apple Push Notification (APNs) token. This relay:

Handles only opaque IDs and push tokens — no infrastructure data
Never receives credentials, metrics, hostnames, or operational details
Is entirely optional; the app functions fully without it

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Zikporx Agent does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporters, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking. We do not track how you use the app.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses Apple's system frameworks (SwiftUI, WidgetKit, App Intents, Keychain). These are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. No other third-party services are included.

7. Children's Privacy

Zikporx Agent is a professional infrastructure management tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted at the same URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Use

      Summary: Zikporx Agent is proprietary software provided as-is. You are responsible for the infrastructure you connect it to. Use it lawfully and do not use it to cause harm.
    

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Zikporx Agent (the "App") or the Zikporx Hub server software (the "Hub"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Proprietary Software

Zikporx Agent and the Zikporx Hub server are proprietary software. All rights are reserved by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App and Hub solely for your own infrastructure management purposes as described in these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or Hub without explicit written permission from the developer.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App and Hub to manage infrastructure that you own or are authorized to administer. Specifically:

Managing Linux hosts, Docker containers, and Proxmox guests you operate
Monitoring and observing system health on your own infrastructure
Automating operational tasks within the scope of your authorization

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the App or Hub to:

Access, manage, or interfere with systems you are not authorized to control
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Circumvent security controls or gain unauthorized access to any system
Cause harm, disruption, or damage to any infrastructure or third party
Resell or redistribute the compiled software without authorization

5. Your Responsibilities

Because Zikporx Agent connects to and issues commands to live infrastructure, you accept full responsibility for:

Securing your Hub server, including TLS configuration and network exposure
The actions taken through the App on your infrastructure
Maintaining appropriate access controls and backups
Ensuring any person with access to the paired device is authorized to act on your infrastructure

6. No Warranty

The App and Hub are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Infrastructure management software can cause unintended changes to systems when misconfigured. You assume all risk associated with its use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Zikporx Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss, system downtime, or infrastructure damage.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App, Hub software, or these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at the same URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located, to the extent permitted by law.
