This Privacy Policy explains how AiCulator ("we", "our", or "us") handles your information when you use our iOS app.

Information We Do Not Collect

AiCulator does not collect or transmit:

• Personal identification information
• Location data
• Contact information
• Financial or payment data
• Your calculation history or inputs

All calculations, conversions, and history are stored exclusively on your device.

Microphone & Speech Recognition

AiCulator requests microphone and speech recognition access only when you use the voice input feature in AI Solver. Audio is processed on-device via Apple's Speech framework and is never transmitted to our servers.

You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

Apple Intelligence & AI Solver

The AI Solver uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. All AI processing happens locally on your device — no prompts or responses are sent to AiCulator's servers.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

AiCulator uses no third-party analytics SDKs. We do not collect crash logs beyond Apple's aggregated, anonymous App Store Connect metrics.

In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. AiCulator never sees or stores your payment information.

Children's Privacy

AiCulator is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of AiCulator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms govern your use of the AiCulator app developed by TechChain. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AiCulator for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any in-app purchase mechanisms
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. AI Solver & Calculation Accuracy

Results from AiCulator's AI Solver should not be relied upon for critical, financial, medical, or professional decisions without independent verification.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional premium features are processed by Apple. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within AiCulator are owned by or licensed to TechChain. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you beyond the limited license above.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AiCulator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AiCulator. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding twelve months.

8. Updates & Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of AiCulator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
